The CRM Global Product Strategy team is the strategy partner to the internal CRM product and tech teams. We are a part of Monetization Strategy & Operations within Global Business Services. The mission of the CRM Global Product Strategy team is to:
Help set long-term product vision and establish strategic product roadmap by prioritizing user needs in light of business priorities.
Develop the annual and quarterly business plans to coordinate efforts from all stakeholder teams and report on progress.
Conduct external market research to extract insights to inform future product development.
Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to global product and regional business leaders.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:
1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024
2.May 28, 2024 to August 16, 2024
3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
Conduct competitive research into the CRM product strategy at leading digital advertising platforms.
Derive insights from CRM industry trends (e.g., Salesforce and Slack integration) and technology innovations (e..g, natural language models) that can be deployed in TikTok's internal CRM product.
Interview internal users and external experts to identify and prioritize critical painpoints that may have been missed in the current roadmaps.
Work with the CRM product team to design product features that can address critical painpoints and other user needs.
Represent the CRM product at business executive meetings and be able to articulate the product vision and strategy.
Qualifications - Currently pursuing MBA degree
- Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
- Must be excited about TikTok and using technology to solve business problems.
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management consulting, investment banking, or product management/marketing experience.
- Problem solving (conceptual and analytical), strategic thinking, and executive communication

Job Information:【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $54- $54. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.
Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.
We also provide mental and emotional health benefits through our Employee Assistance Program and provide reimbursem*nts for your mobile phone expense. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
