Who Is “Meet Kevin”?

“Meet Kevin” is a known American YouTuber, financial analyst, and real estate broker. His real name is Kevin Paffrath.

His own YouTube channel currently has over 1.7 million subscribers, and still counting. Most of his videos deal with a variety of subjects about investments and making money online. Such as the stock market, cryptocurrency, and most especially, real estate.

In a way, he can be compared to another YouTuber entrepreneur named “Biaheza“, in that most of their YouTube videos deal with the same subject matter.

The only difference is that Kevin himself seems to be a bit more legitimate for me. Because his experience in investments is really shown through his videos.

In addition to being a YouTuber, he’s become quite active in politics. He first announced on May 17, 2021 that he’s filing his candidacy in the 2021 California Gubernatorial Recall Election, as a governor under the Democratic Party. However, he was beaten by Larry Elder (who, in turn, was defeated by the current governor Gavin Newsom).

Recently, however, Kevin Paffrath said he intended to run again in the2022 California gubernatorial election.

More importantly however, Kevin is also quite active in the real estate industry. He started in 2010 after he earned his real estate license. And soon enough, Kevin and his wife Lauren founded The Paffrath Organization, a real estate business that operates around the Southern California area.

This forms the basis of his online course. Through this course, he intends to teach anyone interested in how they can succeed and earn a good amount of money in the real estate industry.

The same goes for real estate. Even if you somehow were able to invest in real estate with less money than usual, it’s still quite a lot.

Out of the business methods presented in the courses of Meet Kevin, being a YouTuber could be one of the most cheaper and preferable ones here. However, you’re going to needa lot of work and patience before you can actually start earning from this.

And with the intense competition of YouTubers today, you may even have to spend years before you can see favorable results.

Therefore, while Meet Kevin’s courses are a bit cheaper compared to the others of similar subject, you’re going to need a lot of legwork in order to start earning good profits from these. Which may not be worth it for all people.

Pros

• Kevin Paffrath himself is very much legitimate. The fact that he has a lot of subscribers on his YouTube channels clearly proves his integrity and knowledge in the subject matter. Even those people that tried to pass him off as a scam, were rebuked.
• He’s also very active on his social media channels, especially YouTube.
• He’s very transparent in his pricing. Unlike most courses that require you to book a call first to know the price, his courses are clearly presented on the website.
• You can get good enough quality training with this course

Cons

• The courses included here are already quite expensive. But the killer here is the business method they teach, which isway more expensive than the courses themselves. You’ll need a hefty amount of capital if you want to succeed in the business models here.
• Ever since Kevin Paffrath got involved in politics, there are claims that the courses themselves aren’t updated as much anymore as they used to be. Of course, this can be attributed to the creator himself being very busy now. But if this continues, then the quality of the courses here will steadily drop, and the strategies presented here may become quite useless soon.
• As of now, their official Discord group is simply…poor quality. It’s not dead yet, but it’s not that activer either.

Let me give you my closing thoughts for this Meet Kevin Course review.

Overall, Meet Kevin is still a reputable and legitimate guy in the industry. His credibility is backed by the fact that there are almost no complaints from him or his courses so far.

The only few things that are keeping me from recommending any of his courses to anyone, is that his involvement in politics may or may not affect the overall quality of his course. Sooner or later, he may become so busy now, that he may not have time to update the content of his online courses, or to hold coaching calls personally anymore.

When that happens, the value of these courses will definitely plummet. Especially when most of the strategies being taught here may not work anymore.

Furthermore, investing either in real estate or stocks is just too expensive. If you expect that after finishing any of these courses, you’ll be set on earning money from stock trading, real estate, or even being a YouTuber, you’ll have another thing coming.

In the worst-case scenario, the amount that you can earn from these methods may not be enough to cover the costs and the hard work you’ll do here.

Frankly, there are better money-making opportunities out there that are, in my opinion, much better than this. In fact, I’m also here to offer you just that. And this one’s perfect for just about anyone who wants to learn how to make money online.
